Bay Ridge Estate is located in North Batemans Bay approximately just over 1.5 hours East of Canberra via Kings Highway & over 3.5 hours South of Sydney via Princes Highway or alternatively via M31.

  The Promenade in Batemans Bay CBD is just minutes away from the Estate which houses a lot of great cafes & restaurants. There are three major supermarkets in town (Coles, Woolworths & Aldi). Batemans Bay Marina is close by. 

The new Bay Pavilion is now open as a premier destination for Arts & Aquatic activities.

 Next to Batemans Bay , Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve offers scenic views of the surrounding area and islands, as well as picnic spots, birdwatching, and easy walks.Batemans Bay is beautiful, but it also has a hidden trump card up its sleeve; Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve. 

Surfside Beach is the closest beach from Bay Ridge Estate however just a few minutes further North is the popular Long Beach & Maloneys Beach. Also an easy access to some of the great beaches in the South Coast, Corrigans Beach, Caseys Beach & Mackenzies Beach among others. You will have to discover these yourself!

Closest Club from Bay Ridge Estate is Batemans Bay Soldiers Club approximately 3 minutes away. Other Club in the immediate area is Catalina Country Club (Golf). Further South, you'll find Tomakin Sports & Social Club (Golf) & Club Malua.  

They also offer a free courtesy bus for pick-ups and drop offs.

 The region is famous for producing the Sydney Rock Oyster as close as the Clyde River in Batemans Bay. Narooma hosts the annual Oyster Festival (approximately an hour's drive). There are regular markets, all within minutes drive away. They are Batemans Bay Sunday Market on the foreshore of Batemans Bay held on the first & third Sunday of each month, Batemans Bay Growers Market, Moruya SAGE Market, among others.

There are Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Schools within 30 minutes drive around the Estate. These are: University of Wollongong, Batemans Campus, Batemans Bay High School, Batemans Bay Public School, St Bernard’s Primary, Sunshine Bay Public School, Broulee Public School, St Peters Anglican College, Carroll College, Mogo Pre-school & Public School, TAFE for short courses.

  Batemans Bay and Moruya (approximately 25 minutes drive away) each have a hospital, several medical centres, some specialists, pathologists and pharmacies. Close to Bay Ridge Estate is Batemans Bay Medical Centre & Batemans Bay district Hospital.
