Bay Ridge Estate Update

As can be seen for our owners of lots 311 to 345 there has been a significant amount of new work completed since our last update just literally weeks ago. Fortunately, the weather has been kind to us with relatively minimal rain, for as you know, once the rain comes the site cannot be worked on due to the impact this would have on the foundations for future buildings. 

Given the number of workers, heavy equipment and piping to be laid on the site mother nature has smiled upon us and the teams are virtually running overtime with our mission to be completed as promised. Of course, this is subject to the caveat of bureaucracy and any possibility that may arise.

The sewer piping is virtually done, as is the water piping, and the first preparations of gravel has been laid for the new roadworks. 

The emergency fire trail track to the east has been established, cut and laid and the sediment pond and is also virtually completed, albeit with its own challenges as to piping size and roadwork heights/under piping, still guard railing to be erected and length established to the nursery.

Tragically for our owners of lots 301 to 310 we are still waiting for the Local and State Governments to release these blocks to their rightful owners as has been the case since November last year.

You have all been so patient and understanding of the frustrations and challenges we have endured and,  I believe and hope that very soon this wait will be over. Thank you you all so much for your continued support and perseverance.
