Welcome news and vision to see the finished roadway, intersection, kerb, guttering and driveways to lot numbers 301 to 310. This process has certainly been a long time coming and welcome news for many. The advice to us regarding the registration and release of lots 301 to 310 will be in January, just 3 months away subject to any unexpected challenges including final signoff by Essential Energy and Council. Survey pegging of these ten lots will be concluded within the next two weeks. As to lots 311 to 345, we still require the council to give us the all clear and authority to proceed with final construction works for these lots to allow us to progress to certification and registration for same. We have been advised, due to continuing complications, the projected completion for lots 311 to 345 are scheduled for at worst November 2024. However, should the weather be kind, this may be earlier.
