November 2024 Update

As you can see the project has shown significant improvement and changes in Stage 3, Stage 4 clearing and roadways have commenced and are still waiting on the relevant Government areas for the release of Stage 5.

While you watch the drone overview of Stage 3 you will notice the roadway gutters are well underway. The first road base is completed with the final road surface scheduled in the near days to come. Most water piping, drainage, sewer and power trenching is virtually complete. This update gives strong confidence that this stage will be (subject to weather conditions) completed as per our contractors’ undertakings and of course relevant Government area releases.   

You will also see the approved clearing and access roads being undertaken for our future Stage 4 which will be released in the not too distant future.
